We center our solutions around Salesforce with additional integration expertise across multiple platforms to make sure your back-end is stitched together seamlessly with the front-end of your business.
Amongst a sea of SI partners, N28 was founded in 2017 because of the lack of boutique partners that were keyed into the Salesforce know-how, the customers’ business model, the needs of the customer and how to integrate them all together. The N28 team combines expertise from Salesforce along with industry vertical expertise such as hi-tech, healthcare, manufacturing and semiconductor.
We dive deep into our customers’ business model and tailor solutions on the force.com platform. Our customers thereby use Salesforce as a tool to run their business for topline growth rather than seeing it as a cost to their business. We are customer-obsessed and it shows; be it our 5 star Appexchange rating or the fact that 65% of our customers remain long-standing clients, our customers’ problems are our problems and our primary goal is to help our clients with digital transformation.

Sophia Fernando
Sophia is a Technical Engagement Manager at N28 Technologies based in the Bay Area, CA. After working for 20+ years as a project manager/business architect implementing business intelligence, data warehousing, master data management and full stack applications, she decided to be more hands on and got salesforce certified and now loves working in the Salesforce ecosystem. Her position at N28 gives her opportunities to build elegant Salesforce applications for different clients. It also gives her exposure and continuous learning in different applications in the Salesforce ecosystem.
In her spare time, she likes to chill and explore her hobbies such as reading, being out in nature, trying new recipes and keeping up on current events. Most recently, she has jumped on the bandwagon and can be found working on Wordle, Quordle and Octordle.
Sarada Veena
Technical Delivery Manager @ N28 by day and an amazing mom by night. Sarada has a previous background in Chemical Engineering and has done extensive work in the Chemical Industry as a process engineer before she decided to take some personal time to be a mom. When she was ready to return to work and decided to change fields, she got Salesforce-certified and the rest is history. At N28, Sarada has been helping some of our longest standing customers with their salesforce needs. She most recently received her Service Cloud Certification and is aiming for a few more in the coming months.
Team Strength
We have partnerships with Mom Relaunch and JVS and believe in hiring people from various backgrounds. Our team comprises 50% women, 30% early career and 30% with 15+ years in the industry. The cross-pollination of ideas and the multicultural mosaic at N28 make for diversity of thought and an open mindset that foster a team-based approach to solve our customers' problems.
We’d be remiss if we didn’t have you meet our Founder and CEO, Hitin Mutneja, an engineer by education with 14+ years of expertise in semiconductors and software. Hitin hails from India and worked at Intel and then Salesforce before founding N28 in San Francisco, California. His courage, desire to solve problems and customer first mindset have opened many doors and knocked down many barriers in this crowded space.
